Our Story
Clementine Capital was founded in 2025 by Oksana Tiedt and Anton Hieber, bringing together experience across fund investing, private markets, and wealth management. From the beginning, it was built in close partnership with a founding group of investors who had navigated the challenges of impact investing firsthand and wanted to help build the platform they wish had existed when they started. The result is something the field has been missing: a genuinely independent, institutional-grade investment manager built around their needs and purpose.
We believe impact investing, done seriously, is the best way to invest well. We invest where financial performance and positive outcomes for people and planet are not in tension, but reinforce each other based on the logic of long term competitive advantage.
We believe that investors who want to invest with purpose deserve more than products with an impact label. They deserve a partner who shares the conviction, brings the expertise, and has structured itself to stay honest about both.
And we believe that none of this works in isolation. The best outcomes come from collaboration between investors and managers, between capital and ideas, between the short and the long term. That is why co-creation is not a feature of our model, it is the model.

Integrity
We build trust through transparency. Our structure and processes are designed to protect our mission, not just in words, but through how we invest, partner, and show up every day.
Courage
We are bold in our thinking, attentive in our listening. We create investment solutions that unlock capital for the world’s most pressing challenges. At the same time, we stay modest and open, learning from the perspectives of others.
Collaboration
We care about people and believe in the power of collaborating - within our team and across our ecosystem of co-creators, clients, investors, and partners. We are all different and together we drive progress that no one could achieve alone.
Responsibility
Capital shapes the world. We take that seriously, in how we source, how we select, and how we report. Purpose-driven investing is not a narrative for us. It is a long-term investment discipline, and we hold ourselves accountable to it.
